Clear Unwanted Items From Add And Remove

Run the Registry Editor (regedit).
Open
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall, and remove any unwanted subkeys under "Uninstall."
